Having been qualified in state and federal courts, Cina Wong has offered expert witness testimony in numerous civil and criminal cases spanning over 30 years of professional service. Wong’s educational training includes a college accredit course taught by Larry Ziegler, former FBI Document Examiner, a specialized course from John Hargett, a former Chief Document Examiner with the U.S. Secret Service, and fraudulent documents course instructed by Fairfax, VA, Detective Doug Comfort at the Norfolk Police Academy.
